Seasons of a Pacific Woman

Purpose

Seasons of a Pacific Woman exists to honour the lived experiences, wisdom, and evolving journeys of Pacific women. It is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and each other, through stories, dialogue, and shared understanding.

This initiative brings together women from across generations and islands, grounded in the values of vā (relational space), alofa (love), and talanoa (open conversation).

Why Connect with This Talanoa

  • A chance to pause and reflect on your own life journey — the shifts, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped you. Here, every story holds value, and every season has purpose.

  • Through collective storytelling, health insights, and cultural wisdom, we learn from one another. Each talanoa is an opportunity to share practical tools for wellbeing, identity, and leadership.

  • This is a culturally safe and nurturing space where Pacific women can speak freely, connect deeply, and feel seen, without judgment or expectation.
