Tofa Amanda Moors-Mailei

CEO, FOUNDER

Amanda is a Pacific social impact strategist and founder of Moana Impact Studio. She specialises in cultural strategy, equity and systems change across education, government and community sectors, with deep expertise in policy, program design and evaluation. Amanda is a founding Board Director of the Australian Pasifika Educators Network (APEN), leading national advocacy and advancing culturally responsive practice across Australia.

Bronwyn Williams

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FOUNDER

Bronwyn is a Pacific education practitioner, PhD candidate and co-founder of Moana Impact Studio. With over 20 years’ experience, she specialises in culturally responsive and sustain practise, community engagement, program design and educator development. Bronwyn founded and co-leads APEN to strengthen practice and leadership across education systems in Australia and the Pacific.

Lamauta Dr Vaoiva Natapu-Ponton

CULTURAL EXPERT, RESEARCHER

Dr Vaoiva is a Samoan educator, researcher and Senior Research Fellow at Griffith University with over 25 years’ experience across schools and higher education. She is a leading advocate for centring Pacific knowledge systems, has published extensively on Pacific methodologies, and is committed to transforming education to better serve Pacific communities.

Kavita Naidu

INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER

Kavita is a Fijian international human rights lawyer and feminist climate justice advocate working across the Asia-Pacific. She specialises in climate justice, gender equity and human rights, with extensive experience across the United Nations, regional organisations and grassroots movements, amplifying the voices of women and communities most impacted by the climate crisis.
