The Vaka Pasifika: Pacific Leadership Journey is a first-of-its-kind initiative in Australia, designed for Pacific professionals who are ready to amplify their influence, lead with cultural integrity, and shape systems through the wisdom of the Moana.

This immersive 2.5-day leadership experience activates ancestral intelligence and strengthens relational leadership, empowering participants to lead with courage, connection, and cultural confidence. It is both a personal voyage of discovery and a professional journey of transformation.

Grounded in Pacific philosophies of vā (relational space), talanoa (dialogue and exchange), relational ethics, and tautua (service leadership), the program bridges Pacific knowledge systems with contemporary leadership practice. Through in-person intensives, reflective talanoa, peer learning, and a futures-focused retreat, participants build the insight, skills, and confidence to influence systems, drive innovation, and create meaningful impact in their organisations and communities.
