The Vaka Pasifika Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative in Australia, designed for Pacific executives and professionals who are ready to amplify their influence and lead with cultural integrity.

Rooted in Pacific values of vā (relational space), talanoa (dialogue and exchange), relational ethics, and tautua (service leadership), the program blends executive education with Pacific knowledge systems. Across online learning, coaching, in-person intensives, and a retreat, participants will build the skills and confidence to shape systems, drive innovation, and create impact in their organisations and communities.

Who it’s for: Mid-to-senior Pacific professionals across government, business, education, and community sectors, with 5+ years’ experience (formal or informal) who are ready to step into executive-level influence.
